I turned into a pacing, angry, out-of -control loony-bird! My hubby has tried it & it calmed him down. He's still smoking, however. I don't recommend it. Try nicotine gum or the Patch.

However, I do know that if you are SEIZURE PRONE stop taking it immediatly, for it will cause you to have a grand mal seizure.
